How to make your loan payment

INTRUST Personal Online Banking – Recommended

To make one-time and recurring personal loan payments, and view details about your loan, use INTRUST Online and Mobile Banking. If you aren't paying from an INTRUST deposit account, follow these instructions to set up an external transfer account and make your payments from an account at a different financial institution.

We recommend using online and mobile banking because your loan account will immediately show that you've made a payment. Payments will be processed by 10:00 p.m. CT on business days. Payments made on weekends and holidays will be processed by 10:00 p.m. CT the following business day.

One-Time Debit Card Payment

If you would like to make a one-time payment with a debit card, you can do so each payment period. Payments will be processed by 7:45 p.m. CT on business days. Payments made on weekends and holidays will be processed by 10:00 p.m. CT the following business day.

Already registered in the online Loan Payment Center?

If you already use our Loan Payment Center for recurring payments or to schedule a one-time payment, you can continue doing so. Payments made with the Loan Payment Center will be processed by 7:45 p.m. CT on business days. Payments made on weekends and holidays will be processed by 7:45 p.m. CT the following business day.

However, if you have not already enrolled in the Loan Payment Center, we recommend enrolling in online and mobile banking for an enhanced user experience.

To obtain the current payoff amount, please contact us, as the balance presented in the Loan Payment Center is not the payoff balance. You can then pay by mailing a check, calling customer service, or visiting the Loan Payment Center, where you will input the payoff amount into Other Amount by the date your payoff is effective.

By Mail

Make your check payable to INTRUST Bank, mail it along with the bottom portion of your statement to the address on the statement, which is INTRUST Bank, P.O. Box 3668, Wichita, KS 67201-3668.

In Person

Visit an INTRUST banking center to schedule a one-time or recurring payment from a checking or savings account at INTRUST or another financial institution.
