Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information
that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address,
date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also
ask to see your driver's license or other identifying information.
Other ways to apply for a new account:
- In any INTRUST branch. Save yourself time by downloading, printing (on Legal
size paper) and completing an
application (.pdf file) ahead of time.
- By mail. Download, print (on Legal size paper), complete and mail your application
(.pdf file) to INTRUST Bank, P.O. Box 847, Wichita, KS 67201-9889.
Whether you apply in an INTRUST branch or by mail, along with your
application, please
provide your opening deposit. If you're not an existing INTRUST customer, also provide
a copy of your current, valid photo I.D. and proof of residency, such as a copy
of your most recent utility bill displaying your current address. If you’re under
18, a driver’s license or other government issued photo ID and a Social Security
card are also acceptable forms of identification.

not have a right to make withdrawals unless the deposit is subject to an early withdrawal
penalty. INTRUST Bank Time Deposits are similar to Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
but are issued with a Receipt and not a Certificate.
