Personal Loan Application
Applying online for an INTRUST home equity loan, line of credit, auto or other personal
loan is easy and secure.
- Tell us about your loan request and purpose.
- Tell us about each applicant.
- Verify your information.
- Optionally provide Government Monitoring Data.
- Review disclosures.
- Submit your application. An INTRUST loan representative will contact you by phone
within 24 hours on business days.
All applicants must be (1) a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident; AND (2)
a resident of Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, or an existing INTRUST customer to apply
for a new account online.
Information you'll need to apply online
Although additional information will be requested throughout the online application
and may eventually be necessary for us to make a sound credit decision, you can
apply online with as little as the following basic information:
- Purpose of loan, type of loan that interests you
- Address, phone number, date of birth and social security number for the primary
applicant and joint applicant, if applicable
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information
that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address,
date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also
ask to see your driver's license or other identifying information.
IMPORTANT INSURANCE DISCLOSURE: In connection with your loan application, the Bank
may solicit, offer, or sell an insurance product to you. The Bank cannot, as a condition
of extending credit to you: (i) require that you purchase an insurance product from
the Bank, or (ii) require your agreement not to obtain, or prohibit you from obtaining,
an insurance product from an unaffiliated entity. You agree to receive this disclosure
electronically.

- In any INTRUST branch. Download, print (on Legal size paper) and complete
an application
(.pdf file). Then return to a loan representative at
any branch.
- By mail. Download, print (on Legal size paper), complete and mail your application
(.pdf file) to INTRUST Bank, P.O. Box 1, Mail Stop 2.8, Wichita, KS 67201-9889.
